Registration cancellations received in writing at the Woodrise 2025 Secretariat's address on or before July 22, 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD $150 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after July 22, 2025 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the conference.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
