  The World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) and the Hemophilia Society of Malaysia are proud to invite the global bleeding disorders community to the WFH 2026 World Congress, taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from April 19 to 22, 2026.  The Congress is the most comprehensive international event on bleeding disorders, so if you are a person with a bleeding disorder, a family member, healthcare professional, researcher, policy maker, advocate, or industry member - the WFH 2026 World Congress is for you!

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend the WFH2026 World Congress will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment has been received by the WFH 2026 World Congress Secretariat. It is the delegate's responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into Malaysia.

Please be sure to verify your visa requirements with your travel agent or contact your local embassy for more information. Please note the WFH is not responsible for securing or applying for your visa for travel to Malaysia and/or any points of transit that may require a visa.

WFH 2026 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of WFH 2026 to process your registration and take payment, send you information about the Congress and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress.  Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. The WFH will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.   


Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor or sponsor there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note badge scanning for session access by the conference organizer is required and your information will remain confidential.

Attendee Mobile App Visibility

A complimentary mobile phone app for delegates will be offered to interact and access information during the WFH 2026 World Congress.  You can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees to enhance your networking opportunities. You can change your visibility at any time directly within the Attendee App. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, and you will not be able to access all features available in the App.

CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in WFH 2026 World Congress constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.

BADGE SCANNING 
By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note: Badge scanning for session access by the WFH 2026 Organizer may be required; however, your information will remain confidential.

REGISTRATION RATES
Please note: Payment must be received in full by the end of each registration deadline to qualify for that rate. If payment is not received by the deadline, the registration rate will automatically adjust to the next tier. 

ONSITE PAYMENT
For Onsite registration rates we can only accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express onsite. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the WFH 2026 World Congress. Cash and cheques will NOT be accepted onsite.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to wfh2026-registration@icsevents.com and will be subject to the following conditions: 

  • Until Friday, March 13, 2026, a refund equivalent to 75% of the paid registration fee will be granted.  After this date, no refunds will be granted. 
  • Requests for refunds with regards to incorrect registration payments or incorrect category selection will not be considered. 
  • Non-attendance will be considered as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued no later than one month after Congress.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WFH 2026 Secretariat's address on or before March 13, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 25% administration fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after March 13, 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the conference.

Upon completing your registration, the Registration Confirmation email will be sent to you. If not received, please check your spam folder. Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. Thank you for completing your WFH 2026 World Congress registration


The WFH 2026 official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for WFH2026.  Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only.

The success of the WFH 2026 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. WFH 2026 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk.
