Medical & Travel Liability Waiver
I hereby acknowledge that I am solely responsible for selecting and purchasing the appropriate medical and travel insurance before leaving my country and traveling to Malaysia.
If I choose not to purchase medical and/or travel insurance for the duration of my trip and a medical or travel problem should take place, I will not hold the World Federation of Hemophilia responsible for any such expenses incurred during and while in transit to or from the above-mentioned events.

Please indicate your interest by selecting the workshop(s) you plan to attend — this helps us plan room capacity and ensure an optimal learning environment. Pre-registering does not guarantee your spot, as workshops will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Consent to use of Personal Information
WFH 2026 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of WFH 2026 to process your registration and take payment, send you information about the Congress and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. The WFH will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.
Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor or sponsor there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note badge scanning for session access by the conference organizer is required and your information will remain confidential.
Attendee Mobile App Visibility
A complimentary mobile phone app for delegates will be offered to interact and access information during the WFH 2026 World Congress . You can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees to enhance your networking opportunities. You can change your visibility at any time directly within the Attendee App. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, and you will not be able to access all features available in the App.
