WCLC2026 Call for Talent

 

After an overwhelmingly successful debut at the World Conference on Lung Cancer last year, the Call for Talent is back! Last year’s musical performances were among the most talked-about and memorable moments of the conference. Building on that success, we are excited to invite not only musicians but also performers from a wide range of artistic disciplines to apply this year.

Objectives

  • Highlight the creativity and artistic expression of the global lung cancer community, showcasing talents beyond medical and scientific expertise.
  • Foster a sense of community and connection among WCLC attendees by celebrating diverse forms of expression.
  • Enrich the Opening Ceremony with inspiring and engaging performances from IASLC members and WCLC participants.

Submission Process

Who Can Participate?

  • Open to all IASLC Members.
  • Individual and group performances are welcome.

Accepted Performance Categories

Performance Duration: Acts may be 3–5 minutes in length

  • Music (Instrumental, Vocal, Ensemble)
  • Dance (Contemporary, Classical, Cultural)
  • Spoken Word & Poetry
  • Short Theatrical Acts & Storytelling
  • Comedy & Magic
