Please be informed that we are unable to accept any type of payment from the Russian Federation, and wire transfers or cheques from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North), the Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine or Zimbabwe due to restrictions produced by sanctions. Registration cancellations received via email at the WCLC 2025 Conference Secretariat's address on or before August 22, 2025 (23:59 PDT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EUR 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 22, 2025 (23:59 PDT) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.

IMPORTANT: Upon completing your registration, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email along with your invoice and, if requested, the invitation letter.
