Every dollar you give to the IASLC Foundation, LLC funds vital lung cancer research. Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.

Booking Deadline: The deadline to book is Friday, August 1, 2025, and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date)

Payments
To secure special hotel rates, all hotel reservations must be submitted through the Online Housing System. A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date later than September 2025. 

At approximately 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file OR send a payment link to process the balance of your non-refundable full stay to the email address on file. 

If the credit card is invalid, or the link for payment is not used within the timeline provided by the hotel, the reservation will be cancelled.

All hotel rates are quoted in EURO and exclude applicable city taxes (*currently, the city tax varies depending on the property selected). Rates include Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Important Third-Party Billing

If accommodation has been booked with a credit card that is not in the guest's name, the card holder may be required to complete a Payment Authorization Form directly with the hotel.

Please email wclc2025-housing@icsevents.com that you require a form, and we will alert the hotel to send it you a form OR link for payment to the card holder, approximately 30 days prior to arrival when the hotel has access to the rooming list.

Cancellations and Reductions in Room Nights
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than Friday, August 1, 2025, to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations or reductions after Friday, August 1, 2025, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
