Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.

Booking Deadline: The deadline to book is August 2, 2024 and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date)

All hotel reservations must be submitted through the Online Housing System in order to secure special hotel rates. A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after October 2024. Your credit card will not be charged until approximately 30 days prior to arrival.

At approximately 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge a non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file. If you wish to change the credit card provided, you may do so no later than August 2, 2024. If the credit card is invalid, your reservation may be cancelled. 

All hotel rates are quoted in USD and exclude applicable service fees and tax (*currently 13%). Rates include Wi-Fi.

Important 3rd Party Billing: If accommodation has been booked with a credit card that is not in the guest's name, the cardholder will be required to complete a Payment Authorization Form directly with the hotel. CANCELLATIONS & REDUCTIONS IN ROOM NIGHTS/SHORTENING LENGTH OF STAY FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than August 2, 2024 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations or reductions after August 2, 2024 will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
