The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of WCB 2026 to process your Congress registration and take payment, send you information about WCB 2026, and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress. Diversity information data shared will be used solely for our statistical purposes and will be kept confidential. Nominative data, for example, name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. WCB 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Credit Card charges will appear as "USD http://www.icsevents.com" on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCB 2026 Secretariat's address on or before May 8, 2026, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 150 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after May 8, 2026, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for WCB 2026. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Congress delegates only.

The success of WCB 2026 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. WCB 2026 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.
