An event App for delegates to interact and access information may be available. You can consent to have the following personal information visible on the App attendee list to enhance your networking at the meeting: First name, last name, company and location. If you choose not to consent, you will still be included on the list but only your first name and the first letter of your last name will be visible to other attendees which may impact your networking opportunities.

Sisvel has reserved a limited number of rooms for the nights of 21 & 22 October 2025 at the The Hoxton Poblenou and the SB Glow hotels.  Both are located within short walking distance of Torre Glòries.

Room rates & reservations
The below rates apply, subject to availability. The hotels will charge for your full stay upon departure:
The Hoxton Poblenou
Rates are per room per night including breakfast and VAT, excluding €8.14 city tax per person per night:
Single occupancy: €295
Double occupancy: €310

SB Glow Hotel
Rates are per room per night including breakfast and VAT, excluding €6.27 city tax per person per night:
Single occupancy: €255
Double occupancy: €280

Check-in (from 1500 hrs) and check-out from (1200 hrs)

Once you have input your dates below, click “Search” to select a room.  If the hotel shows as full for your required dates, please email us (SisvelConnect@judylaneics.com) and we will request additional rooms, subject to availability.

Cancellation/amendment of your hotel booking
You may cancel or amend your booking by emailing SisvelConnect@judylaneics.com.  Our policy is to respond, confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment, within 48 hours.  If not received, please telephone Michele Williams +44 1327 858216 (UK office hours).
Penalties (for cancellation/reduction in room nights)
Up until 22 September 2025: No penalty
From 23 September 2025: Full-stay penalty
The full-stay penalty will also apply to no-shows (non-arrival on the day of your booking).
Where penalties are due, the hotel will charge the credit card you have provided as a guarantee with this booking form.
