In our commitment to sustainability, we are going paperless. A printed programme book will not be provided, but a digital version will be made available for download via the conference website and mobile app.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in SICC-13 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organiser’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.

SICC follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and PDPA for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of SICC-13 to process your registration and take payment, send you information about SICC-13, provide you with the login details to the virtual platform and to provide customer service before, during and after the event. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including; but not limited to, the virtual platform provider and the Ecommerce payment gateway. The Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC) will have access to your data to update their records. Non nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organisation, department, city, country, etc. On some sections of the virtual platform, your nominative data (e.g. your name) may be shown to others and you agree to such by using certain features. 

Additionally, Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC) would like to support sponsors and exhibitors by providing nominative data including your full name and email address if you agree below.

By allowing an exhibitor or a commercial /industry symposium sponsor to scan your badge at a booth or an industry symposium session, you will be consenting to share your contact information with that exhibitor/ commercial sponsor (name, job title, organisation, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor or commercial sponsor there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties.
