SCS ASM 2026 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of SCS ASM 2026 to process your SCS ASM 2026 registration and take payment, send you information about the SCS ASM 2026, and to provide customer service before, during and after the Meeting. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including; but not limited to, the Ecommerce payment gateway. SCS ASM 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organisation, department, city, country, etc.

Credit Card charges will appear as "SGD http://www.icsevents.com" on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the SCS ASM 2026 Secretariat's address on or before 2 March 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a SGD20.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after 2 March 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the meeting.

In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
