The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of NNS 2026 to process your symposia registration and take payment, send you information about NNS 2026, and to provide customer service before, during and after the symposia. Diversity information data shared will be used solely for our statistical purposes and will be kept confidential. Nominative data, for example, name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. NNS 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the NNS 2026 Secretariat's address on or before May 15, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after May 15, 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium.

In the unlikely event that the Symposium is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

The success of the NNS 2026 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Symposium hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. NNS 2026 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Symposium in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Symposium at risk.
