Registration Information 

Low and Lower Middle-Income Country Registration: (Do not use this online form)

Discounted registration fees are available for Low-Middle Income Countries based on the World Bank classifications, click here for the associated list of countries. 

If you qualify, please email islb-registration@icsevents.com and include the required supporting documentation (such as a valid government-issued ID or recent mail showing your name, country of residence, and date from the current year).

Eligibility for Members, Technicians or Allied Health Professionals Registration Fees:

ISLB Members: You must be a current ISLB member to receive the discounted member rate. If you are not yet a member, you can click here, OR simply select "Yes" when asked, "Are you interested in becoming a member of ISLB (for additional registration discounts)?" on the Attendance & Membership Details page.

Technicians or Allied Health Professionals: Proof of status is required at the time of registration. Please provide an official, dated letter confirming your current role or status on your institution's letterhead.

ISLB Travel Scholarship

ISLB follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of the International Society of Liquid Biopsy to process your Congress registration and take payment, send you information about ISLB 2026, and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. The International Society of Liquid Biopsy will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc. Your nominative data (e.g. your name) may be shown to others and you agree to such by using certain features.

Exhibitors and industry symposia supporters may scan your badge when you visit their booth or symposium. ISLB will share your information only if you allow your badge to be scanned onsite. Declining onsite scanning means ISLB won’t share your information.

Attendee Mobile App Visibility *

ISLB 2026 will offer a complimentary mobile phone app for delegates to interact and access information during the Congress. You can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees to enhance your networking opportunities.
You can change your visibility at any time directly within the Attendee App. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, and you will not be able to access all features available in the App.
