ISLB 2025 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of ISLB 2025 to process your congress registration and take payment and send you information about the ISLB 2025. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors, including but not limited to the E-commerce payment gateway. The ISLB 2025 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

ISLB 2025 will offer a complimentary mobile phone app for delegates to interact and access information during the congress. Receipt issued by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of ISLB 2025, Credit Card charges will appear as http://www.icsevents.com USD on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ISLB 2025 Secretariat's address before 17 October 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received on or after 17 October 2025 will not be refunded; however, transferring your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Confirmation Letter

Upon completing your registration, the Registration Confirmation email will be sent to you. If not received, please check your spam folder. Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. Should this be the case, please email islb-registration@icsevents.com and provide a personal secondary email address.

For delegates of ISLB 2025 a room block has been secured at the Congress venue, the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

The Credit Card will not be charged at the time of your booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty until 29 September 2025. Please be advised that the hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the full duration of your stay to your credit card approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than 29 September 2025. The rate does not include breakfast.

Cancellations must be made no later than 29 September 2025, in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the full duration of your stay. Cancellations made after 29 September 2025 will be charged a penalty equal to a full stay.

Important: If you have booked accommodation using a credit card not in the guest's name, you must complete the hotel's 3rd Party Billing Authorization Form.
Please email islb-registration@icsevents.com and the form will be sent to you. If the forms are not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

The credit card provided for this reservation must have an expiration date on or after December 2025.

Please note that using the link provided, you are acknowledging that you have read the Room Reservation Agreement above and that if you book a hotel room, a credit card number is required to confirm your hotel reservation, it will be charged the required number of nights by the hotel approximately 3-4 weeks prior to arrival.

The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for ISLB 2025. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Congress delegates only.

The success of the ISLB 2025 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ISLB 2025 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.
