ISLB 2023 will offer a complimentary mobile phone app for delegates to interact and access information during the Congress. You can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees to enhance your networking opportunities.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ISLB 2023 Congress Secretariat’s address by September 8, 2023 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EUR 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after September 8, 2023 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

 

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Accommodations

For the in person delegates of ISLB 2023 a room block has been secured at the Congress venue, Melia Castilla. Please make sure to book your rooms on or before the cut-off date of October 2, 2023 (23:59 EST).


The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for ISLB 2023. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Congress delegates only.

The success of the ISLB 2023 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ISLB 2023 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotel through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.
