The 17th International Mesothelioma Interest Group (iMig) Conference follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of The 17th International Mesothelioma Interest Group Conference to process your conference registration and take payment, send you information about the iMig 2025, and to provide customer service before, during and after the conference. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to and the Ecommerce payment gateway. The iMig 2025 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

Additionally, iMig 2025 would like to support sponsors and exhibitors by providing nominative data including your full name and email address if you agree below.


Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor or sponsor there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note badge scanning for access by the conference organizer is required and your information will remain confidential.

Please be informed that we are unable to accept any type of payment from the Russian Federation, nor wire transfers or cheques from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North), Syria Arab Republic, Ukraine or Zimbabwe due to restrictions produced by sanctions. we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at iMig2025-registration@icsevents.com to inquire about alternative payment methods.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the iMig 2025 Secretariat's address on or before September 23, 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after September 23, 2025 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the conference.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Upon Completing your registration, the Registration Confirmation email will be sent to you. if not received, please check your spam folder. please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. Thank you for completing your iMig 2025 registration


For delegates of the 17th International Mesothelioma Interest Group Conference a room block has been secured at the Conference venue, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.

To make your hotel booking please email: iMig2025-registration@icsevents.com with the dates you will be staying, how many adult occupants (18+), and any other special requests.

The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for iMig 2025. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only. 

The success of the 17th International Mesothelioma Interest Group Conference depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. iMig2025 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk. 

WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They contact delegates/ sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Meeting. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken.
