19th IHIWS follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of the 19th IHIWS to process your workshop registration and take payment, send you information about the 19th IHIW. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including; but not limited to, the virtual platform provider and the Ecommerce payment gateway. The 19th IHIWS will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc. On some sections of the virtual platform, your nominative data (e.g. your name) may be shown to others and you agree to such by using certain features.

Please be informed that we are unable to accept wire transfers or cheques from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North), the Syrian Arab Republic, the Russian Federation, Ukraine or Zimbabwe due to restrictions produced by sanctions. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at ihiws2026-registration@icsevents.com to inquire about alternative payment methods.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the 19th IHIWS Workshop Secretariat’s address by March 31, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a JPY15,000 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after April 1, 2026 will NOT be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Workshop.

In the unlikely event that the Workshop is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you.
