All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (currently 10%). Breakfast is not included, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Payment Surcharge Notice: Credit card payments are subject to a transaction surcharge ranging from 1.10% to 1.95%, depending on the type of card used and the hotel selected. Please note that this surcharge will not be reflected at the time of booking confirmation. The applicable surcharge will instead appear on the invoice once the hotel processes the credit card provided during booking, which will take place on or before 16 March 2027 (30 days prior to check-in). The transaction surcharge will be calculated based on the total booking amount.

The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of IFFS 2027 to process your congress registration and take payment, send you information about IFFS 2027, provide you with the login details to the Virtual Platform and to provide customer service before, during and after the congress. Registration cancellations received in writing at the IFFS 2027 Congress Secretariat’s address by 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 165.00 administrative fee, in accordance with Committee policy. Cancellations received after 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
