The ICSES 2026 Congress follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of personal data. The information collected on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of ICSES 2026 for the purposes of processing your congress registration and payment, sending event related communications, and to provide customer service before, during and after the congress. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the e-commerce payment gateway. ICSES 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICSES 2026 Congress Secretariat's address by July 31, 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after July 31, 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate's registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
