The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of ICNMD 2026 to process your Congress registration and take payment, send you information about ICNMD 2026 Congress, and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. ICNMD 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICNMD Congress Secretariat’s address by Friday 29 May 2026 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EUR 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after Friday 29 May 2026 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
