Methods of payment:

Payment is accepted by credit card only (major credit cards in the Registrant's country are accepted).

Cancellation and refund:
Participants may withdraw their registration by providing a written notice to ibol2026-registration@icsevents.com before 15 Aug 2026. Refunds will be subject to a 50 USD administration fee, plus any applicable fees charged by the credit card company. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 15 Aug 2026 . Corporate fee: Staff working for for-profit organizations (startups, enterprises, corporations, consulting firms, other private companies) from all countries
Regular fee: Academia, Research Institutes, Government, NGO, IGO
Student: Students and Postdoctoral fellows within 2 years of receiving a PhD degree
LMIC: Participants with residence in low, lower-middle or upper-middle income country (World Bank Country Classification)
Day Pass: One day access only. Welcome reception and gala dinner are not included.
Accompanying person: Family member or friend, accompanying a participant. Access to the Welcome reception and gala dinner only. No access to the plenary rooms.

The success of the 10th International Barcode of Life Conference (iBOL 2026) depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official conference hotels. International Conference Services Pte. Ltd., the official Housing Bureau, has secured room blocks at these hotels on behalf of the International Barcode of Life Consortium.

When participants book rooms outside the official hotels or through other channels, the contracted room commitments cannot be met. This results in financial penalties for iBOL 2026 and places the overall success of both iBOL 2026 and the International Barcode of Life Consortium at risk. By booking through the official Housing Bureau, you help ensure iBOL 2026 remains financially sustainable and successful.
