Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations cannot be made without valid credit card details (Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted). We are unable to accept debit cards. Please ensure that the credit card does not expire prior to the Conference. If you are using a third-party credit card to make the booking, you must have the permission of the cardholder to use their card for this purpose. The card that you submit with your booking form will be charged by some of the hotels prior to your arrival at the hotel:
Hôtel du Collectionneur and InterContinental Le Grande
From 25 September 2023, the above two hotels will take a non-refundable deposit of the cost of your full stay.
Hyatt Regency Étoile, Le Méridien Étoile and Prince de Galles
From 25 September 2023, the above three hotels will take a non-refundable deposit of the cost of one night's room rate.
If the above hotels are unable to charge the card on your booking form, you will be emailed by Judy Lane ICS and asked to provide card details within 48 hours or your hotel will have to be released but you will still be financially responsible for any penalty charges from the hotel.
Please only submit one booking form in your name. To change your hotel once booked, please contact Judy Lane ICS by email (hotels@judylaneics.com) and we will check availability. Please do not submit another booking form as you will be liable for all rooms booked.
By completing this form, you enter into an agreement with the hotel you have booked regarding credit card guarantees, cancellation/no-show terms and conditions and room rates. Neither the IBA nor Judy Lane ICS can accept responsibility for accommodation disputes between a delegate and a hotel.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact Judy Lane ICS by email (hotels@judylaneics.com). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment. If you do not receive this email, your cancellation/amendment has not been processed/received. In this case, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 1293 888352.
Cancellations received after 17:00 UK time on 22 September 2023, will be liable for the full-stay penalty. This cancellation penalty also applies to bookings made after 17:00 UK time on 22 September 2023 and no-shows (non-arrival on the day of your reservation without prior notification). Penalties due will be charged to the credit card you submit with this form by the hotel that you have booked.
