Please pay careful attention to the notes on the payment page. Payment is taken on a secure platform, however, you need to return to this registration form to ensure the registration details are submitted to the booking system.

Places at the conference are limited and will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Due to constraints on capacity and likely demand, firms from London and Paris can initially register only one lawyer. If you would like a second lawyer from your firm to attend, please email Ele Dexter ele.dexter@iafl.com 

Fees include:

• Attendance at the Education Program
• Light Lunch on Thursday 15 & Friday 16 October
• Coffee Breaks on Thursday 15 & Friday 16 October
• Drinks Reception and Dinner on Thursday 15 October at Vila Ferdinand

Tiered/Reduced Registration fees for Fellows
The IAFL is committed to expanding its reach in jurisdictions that are currently under and un-represented within its Fellowship and to making meetings more accessible to all. With these aims in mind, the IAFL is pleased to offer reduced registration fees to attendees from jurisdictions that qualify for IAFL Tiered Dues.

Please ensure that you register in the correct registration category.  If not, we will email you to pay any additional fees due.  If payment is not received within one week of contact, your registration will be cancelled. Any person with unpaid fees from a previous meeting will not be permitted to register for another meeting.

Registration Cancellation
Registration cancellations received in writing to iafl@judylaneics.com will be accepted until 10 September 2026 and fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee per person. This includes social events, but only if the Academy is not responsible for any charges or fees due to the cancellation.
Registration fees for cancellations received after 10 September 2026 will not be refunded. If the IAFL can re-sell any cancelled social function tickets to another delegate, these fees may be refunded but only after the conference has taken place. Please email iafl@judylaneics.com. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
 
Note that registrations are unique to the individual named on the registration form and are not interchangeable or transferable either in part or whole to another person.
If, in the unlikely event, the conference is cancelled, any travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Emergency contact information will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used for emergency situations. (Possible emergency contact is a family member or friend.)

Photographs taken at IAFL meetings are shared through the Members area of our website and on our social media accounts.  Please indicate below if you do not want your photograph shared in this way (this applies to any Fellow, Speaker, Lawyer Delegate or Guest):

The social events are included in the registration fee however we ask that you please indicate your attendance so that we can control numbers and cater for any dietary requirements.
