Credit Card charges will appear as "CAD http://www.icsevents.com" on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency.

Cancellations must be requested in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat at humanoids2019-registration@icsevents.com. Cancellations of the “Conference” registration made by 18 September 2019 will result in a full refund less CAD 150 to cover administration costs. Cancellations of the “Workshop/Tutorial Day” registration made by 18 September 2019 will result in a full refund less CAD 75 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 18 September 2019 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

Refunds for cancellations received after 18 September 2019 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Canada does not constitute a reason to request a refund.

Should you require to book accommodation for Humanoids 2019 conference after September 27th, 2019, please contact Humanoids2019-registration@icsevents.com with your preferred dates.

Alternatively, you may call Hilton reservations at +1-800 HILTONS (445-8667)  to book a room.
