Join fellow alternative protein champions at San Francisco’s historic Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture to kick off the 2023 Good Food Conference—the world’s premier event for innovators, scientists, policymakers, and industry leaders working to accelerate and scale the alternative protein ecosystem. In the evening before two full days of focused, in-depth, and solutions-driven sessions and energizing experiences, we’ll gather in person to mark this moment in time—a chance to recommit ourselves to the critical, urgent work ahead to reimagine protein—together.

Taking full advantage of Fort Mason Center’s campus along San Francisco’s storied waterfront, a series of immersively themed and globally inspired food stations will showcase how alternative proteins can bring greater meaning, significance, and deliciousness to dishes loved around the world.
