Dietitians of Canada National Conference 2023 will offer a complimentary mobile phone app for delegates to interact and access information during the conference. You can change your visibility at any time directly within the Attendee App. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, and you will not be able to access all features available in the App.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the Dietitians of Canada National Conference 2023 Secretariat's address by March 31, 2023 (23:59 EST) will be 75% refunded. Cancellations received between April 1 and May 23, 2023 (23:59 EST) will be 50% refunded. Cancellations received between on or after May 24, 2023 will be not be be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you on the original credit card used for payment. We do not issue a refund or credit for portions of the conference which you did not attend.

Upon completing your registration, the Registration Confirmation email will be sent to you. If not received, please check your spam folder. Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. Should this be the case, please email dc2023-registration@icsevents.com and provide a personal secondary email address.
