BCAB 2024 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of BCAB 2024 to process your conference registration and take payment, send you information about BCAB 2024, and provide customer service before, during and after the conference. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including but not limited to the Ecommerce payment gateway. BCAB 2024 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

Registration cancellations are non-refundable; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Upon completing your registration, the Registration Confirmation email will be sent to you. If not received, please check your spam folder. Please note that some organizations/universities may have a firewall that prevents our communication from reaching you. Should this be the case, please email bcab-registration@icsevents.com and provide a personal secondary email address.

For delegates of BCAB 2024 a room block has been secured at the Conference venue, the River Rock Casino Resort. Room rates are starting at $239.00.

The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes and fees, which are currently $19.95 Resort Fee and 17% tax (11% Hotel Tax, 5% GST amd 1% Destination Management Fee).

The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for BCAB 2024. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only.

The success of the BCAB 2024 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. BCAB 2024 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk.
