APFSSH 2023 will be hosted as an in-person Congress in Singapore at the Singapore Expo. The health and safety of all our stakeholders are of the utmost importance. Although we are excited to welcome you to Singapore, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe environment throughout the Congress.

The following measures will be in place and enforced on-site to achieve this commitment (applicable to all staff, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and guests) based on current guidelines in Singapore:

Vaccination

All attendees at APFSSH 2023 must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time of the Congress. Fully vaccinated refers to completing the required doses of approved vaccines, as per the guidelines of their country of residence. We strongly recommend all participants administer self-tests at least 24 hours prior to coming on-site to the venue.

Mask Requirement

This is strongly recommended due to the anticipated large attendance for this Congress.

By registering to attend, you agree that:
You will not attend if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. If during your attendance you develop any COVID-19 symptoms, you will immediately:

• Self-isolate;
• Comply with all local/national government restrictions; and
• Inform the APFSSH 2023 Registration Manager by email (apfssh2023-registration@icsevents.com)

The organizing committee will in their best effort, provide a safe environment to meet. It is expected that all participants will follow the measures to help reduce the risk.

Waiver

I acknowledge that participation in APFSSH 2023 events and activities brings some risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my well-being. If another individual participates in my place per APFSSH 2023 transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waives by default of transfer.

I understand that travel and gathering involve the risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release APFSSH 2023 and its sponsors and exhibitors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases due to travel to or attendance at an event sponsored by APFSSH 2023.

I will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask when requested and/or required, minimizing face touching, frequently washing hands and avoiding risky environments such as crowded bars or restaurants. I agree not to attend any APFSSH 2023 event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.

This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.

The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of APFSSH 2023 to process your APFSSH 2023 registration and take payment, send you information about the APFSSH 2023, and to provide customer service before, during and after the APFSSH 2023. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors including; but not limited to,the Ecommerce payment gateway. The APFSSH 2023 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.
