Credit Card charges will appear as "USD http://www.icsevents.com" on your credit card statement and will be converted to your currency.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ACLC 2022 Secretariat's address on or before
September 23, 2022 (23:59 JST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a
USD 150.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after
September 23, 2022 (23:59 JST) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non attendance at the conference.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Donations to the ILCF are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in ILCF materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.
