COVID-19
Prior to travel, please regularly check the Government of Belgium website for current entry regulations.To attend the ACC Europe 2023 conference, we ask that you have been fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus with a WHO recognised vaccine or that you have a negative test result, not more than 72 hours prior to the start of the conference, and will comply with all local/national guidelines.
By registering to attend, you agree that you will not attend if you have any
COVID 19 SymptomsIf, during your attendance, you develop any COVID 19 symptoms, you should immediately:
- Comply with all local/national government restrictions.
Your attendance is at your own risk and you agree that the ACC Europe and its contractors cannot be held responsible if you contract Covid 19 either before, during or after returning from the Conference.
These terms and conditions are subject to change prior to the conference.
Registration cancellation policyDelegates cancelling their registration should do so in writing to
acceurope@judylaneics.com Cancellations received by 5 March 2023 17:00 CEST time will receive a refund of the registration fees paid less a €95 administration charge (plus 21% VAT). No refunds will be made after this date. Eligible registration substitutions from the same organisation, will be allowed without penalty, if notification is received, in writing to
acceurope@judylaneics.com, prior to the start of the event.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Photographs and VideosACC and ACC Europe will be taking photographs and videos of the conference for the legitimate purpose of disseminating information about their activities, and your image may be processed accordingly. In some instances, you may be clearly identifiable in the picture or video. All attendees of the conference grant ACC and ACC Europe the right to use any image, photograph, recording or likeness, recorded during this conference without limitation and without compensation, in its promotional materials and on its website. All such recordings are the property of ACC and ACC Europe and may be used by ACC and ACC Europe for any legitimate purpose connected with ACC’s activities. ACC and ACC Europe will generally retain your image and/or voice for no more than 10 years. If you have any objection to your image being taken and used by ACC and ACC Europe as described above, please do not register to attend the conference.
Conference AppAll delegates will be included in the attendee list on the Conference App to enhance networking opportunities. This list displays first name, last name, job title, organisation and country.
Badge Scanning By allowing another attendee to scan your badge, you will be consenting to exchanging your virtual business card with that attendee. In addition to your full name, job title, organisation and country, your virtual business card also includes your email address.
There is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned.
